We’re six weeks into this series, and by now you’ve tried a few things. Walking. Meditation. A mantra. Grounding. Shaking. Some of them probably landed. Some probably didn’t. That’s the point — you’re building a small, personal toolkit of things that actually work for you, not a résumé of self-care you’re supposed to be doing. If even one of those practices has made a quiet difference on a hard day, that’s the whole win.

What Tapping Actually Is

Tapping has a branding problem.

Search it online and you’ll find people saying things like “I tapped away my limiting beliefs” or “release your abundance blocks.” And if you’re the kind of person who rolls your eyes at that — same — you’ve probably written it off entirely.

Which is a shame, because underneath the language, the thing itself is actually straightforward and weirdly effective.
